Jill Corbin Glenn

Jill Corbin Glenn, 77, passed away peacefully on Thursday, November 2, 2017, surrounded by her family.

She was born May 25, 1940 in Wichita, Kansas to Zelma (Corbin) and Edwin Bloss.

Jill received her Bachelor's degree in Interior Design and her Master's degree in Counseling from Oklahoma State University.

In May 1961, she married Paul William Johnson at the University Methodist Church of Tulsa. He passed away July of 1966. Jill married Bill Glenn, who passed away in January of 2003.

Jill attended Asbury United Methodist Church in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

In her earlier years, Jill was a member of the Shadow Mountain Racquet Club as a competitive tennis player. She was a great seamstress, making her grandchildren's Halloween costumes for many years. Jill also enjoyed baking, her grandchildren say she is notorious for her chocolate roll and making the best grilled cheese sandwich. She was an avid sports fan and cheered on OSU, the Texas Rangers and the Oklahoma City Thunder with pride. Jill loved her family, especially her dog Krissee.

Jill is preceded in death by her husbands, Paul Johnson and Bill Glenn; and her parents, Zelma (Corbin) Bloss and Edwin Bloss.

Survivors include her children, Marty Glenn, Missy Baughn and her husband, Wade, and Jerrod Glenn and his wife, Rita; sister, Janet Rowland and her husband, Cliff; and brother, Jack Bloss and his wife, Sandy. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, Erika Baughn, Chance Baughn, Rebecca Gernert, Shelby Baughn, Brad Glenn, Chad Glenn, Emily Glenn, and Paul Glenn; and a great granddaughter, Bethany Gernert.

Viewing will be Friday, November 10 from 5 to 8 PM at Schaudt's Tulsa Funeral Service.

Funeral Service will be Saturday, November 11, 2017, 10 AM at Schaudt's Tulsa Funeral Service Chapel with interment at Memorial Park Cemetery to follow.

In Lieu of flowers, donations can be made in memory of Jill Glenn to the Alzheimer's Association.
