Jerry Wayne Morris

Jerry Wayne Morris, 60, died on March 16, 2017 in Tulsa, OK. He was born January 7, 1957 in Sapulpa, OK to Billy Joe and Annie Virginia (McKinzie) Morris. Jerry attended Sapulpa Public Schools before joining the military at the age of 17. He is a proud veteran of the U.S. Army. He married Teresa on May 8, 2008 in Tulsa, OK. He retired from Honeywell as a machinist for over 30 years. He loved animals, motorcycles and computers. He was an avid fisherman. Jerry was a hard worker. His family will remember his loyalty, love, devotion, and kind heart. He had a fun loving sense of humor and truly enjoyed life.

Jerry is preceded in death by his father, Billy Joe Morris. Survivors include his wife, Teresa Ann Morris of Owasso, OK; his mother, Annie Virginia Morris of Sapulpa, OK; siblings; Rick Morris of Tulsa, OK, Junell Ross and husband, Stan of Simi Valley, CA, Glenda O’Steen and husband, Chris of Bedford, TX, Larry Morris of Sapulpa, OK; children, Crissy Farmer and husband, David of Cleveland, OK, Jerry Shaun Morris and wife, Misty of Sapulpa, OK, and Tiffany Morris of OR; 5 stepchildren; 28 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He will be greatly missed.

Viewing will by Monday, March 20, 2017, 6pm-8pm at Schaudt’s Tulsa Funeral Service, Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, March 21, 2017, 2pm at Schaudt’s Tulsa Funeral Service with interment in Meadowbrook Cemetery.
