Jerald “Jerry” Wayne Fisher Jerald “Jerry” Wayne Fisher, a resident of Morris, passed away Wednesday, March 23, 2011 at the age of 66. He was born August 17, 1944 to Ernest and Beatrice (Evans) Fisher in Oakley, California. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ernest “Mutt” and Beatrice Fisher; Son, Robert Boyd Fisher; brother, Johnny “Bo” Fisher; sisters, Carolyn Swim and Thelma Rigdon. Survivors include his two sons, Brad Fisher of Scribner, Nebraska and Jerry Fisher, Jr. and wife, Jamie of Hempstead, TX; two daughters, Shelly Denise Fisher of Hempstead, TX and Robin Wright of Tulsa; two brothers, Jim Fisher and wife, Nola of Yukon and Loyd Fisher and wife, Sue of Sapulpa; one sister, Anna Lee Corkerin and husband, Joe of Henyretta; seven grandchildren, Nate, Beth, Hagen, Clay, Cody, Katelin and Stacey Denise Fisher; special friend, Joy Kay Fisher-Reeder and numerous other relatives. Graveside Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, March 28, 2011 at the Morris Cemetery under the direction of the Shurden-Jackson Funeral Home of Henryetta. Pallbearers will be Shannon Corkerin, Michael Corkerin, Dustin Corkerin, Rusty Fleming, Leslie Fisher, Nelson Reeder and Loyd Fisher, Jr. Visitation will be Sunday from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Shurden-Jackson Funeral Home in Henryetta.
