Jeffrey Nicholas Kelley, 33, of Okmulgee passed away Monday, August 9th at Coffeyville Regional Medical Center, Coffeyville, KS. Jeffrey was born in Tulsa, OK on July 20,1988, a son to Timothy B. Ross and late Edna P. (Kelley) Ross.
He had graduated from Okmulgee High School and received his CNC Machining certification at Green Country Technology Center. He worked for the Muscogee (Creek) Nation One Fire Casino for nearly 12 years working his way up to 3rd Shift Security Manager.
Jeffrey spent his leisure time attending gun shows, shooting at the gun range, reading anime, watching movies and spending time with his father, sister and extended family. He was survived by his father Timothy Ross and significant other Rea, sister Victoria Ross, Grandmother Ella Ross, Aunts, Uncles and Cousins. Preceded in death by his Mother Edna P. Ross, Grandmother Sally (Starr) Jackson and Grandfather Bobby Jackson, Grandfather Sam Kelley, Grandfather Lloyd Ross, Aunt Rita (Kelley) Nieto, Great Uncles, Great Aunts, and Cousins.
A visitation will be held at 5:00 PM Monday, August 16, 2021 at Schaudts Okmulgee Chapel with a wake service from 6:00 - 7:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 17, 2021 at Schaudts Okmulgee Chapel at 2:00 PM with a graveside service to follow at the Okmulgee Cemetery.
