Jean Lyle Cox

Jean (Lyle) Cox age 86 passed away Monday, May 26, 2014 at Sterling House in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.

Jean was born March 25, 1928 in Chattanooga, Tennessee to James McKee Lyle and Willie Lois (Davis) Lyle. She attended St. Louis Washington University for four years. Jean worked for a bank and was a bank officer before retiring.

Jean was preceded in death by her parents: James and Willie Lyle. her husbands, Lester C. Keith and Dewey Cox and her son, James Keith.

She is survived by her son Michael Keith and his wife, Piyada (Da) of Overland Park, Kansas, her daughter, Patricia Whiteley and her husband, Stephen of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, her son Timothy Keith and his wife, Susie Keith of St. Louis, MO along with three grandchildren and one great grandchild, other family members and friends.

Services are 2:00 p.m. Friday, May 30th at First Baptist Church - Crestwood in Crestwood, Missouri. Pastor Lance Long will officiate.
Interment will take place at Oak Hill Cemetery in St. Louis, MO.
