Janice Decamp

Janice Iown DeCamp, age 60 of Glenpool, Oklahoma passed away Thursday, August 25, 2011 at Southcrest Hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Janice was born in Bartlesville, Oklahoma on December 6, 1950, a daughter of the late Bernice (Daniels) and Raymond McQueeney. She attended Horace Mann Schools and met the love of her life, Leslie Wayne DeCamp. They were married December 21, 1965 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. In her spare time Janice enjoyed sewing, crocheting, spending time with her family and reconnecting with old friends on Facebook. Janice was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Leslie Wayne DeCamp and one sister. Janice is survived by two daughters, Leslie Varner of Bartlesville, Oklahoma; Tonya Newkirk of Sand Springs, Oklahoma; two sons: Kenneth DeCamp of Jenks, Oklahoma; Rocky DeCamp of Glenpool, Oklahoma; a sister, Judy of Little Rock, Arkansas. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, and five great grandchildren. Visitation will be Sunday from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at Schaudt's Funeral Service Chapel. Funeral Services will be 11:00 a.m. on Monday, August 29, 2011 at Faith Church, Glenpool, Oklahoma with Reverend Toby Youngblood and Chaplain Bob Logsdon officiating. Interment will follow at Bixby Cemetery Bixby, Oklahoma. Arrangements were entrusted to Daniel C. Schaudt of Schaudt's Glenpool Funeral Service & Cremation Care.
