Janete Kay Silver

August 20, 1944 — October 12, 2017

Janete Kay Silver, 73, passed away, Thursday, October 12, 2017 in her home, with family by her side. She was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma on August 20, 1944 to Alma (Smith) White and William Silver. After high school, Kay attended Tulsa Community College.

In 1981, she began Kay Silver Accounting, where she worked as a certified public accountant. She was a devout Catholic and was a parishioner of St. Catherine Catholic Church in Tulsa. When Kay was not working, she enjoyed cooking and loved spending time in her beautiful flower garden.

Kay is preceded in death by her parents, Alma (Smith) White and William Silver, and Dorothy Ann Silver.

Survivors siblings Donna Snider and her husband, Alan of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Mike Silver and his wife, Debbie of Watauga, Texas, William Silver and his wife, Gloria of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, and Pat Silver and his wife, Deila of Blanchard, OK, Martha Harris of Aubrey, Texas. Also surviving is her God Son, Evan Matthew McCoin along with numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and cousins.
