He was born January 29, 1957 to Lewis Jackson and Margaret Lucille (Morgan) Gartrell in Okmulgee, Oklahoma. No Services are planned at this time. Arrangements are under the direction of the Shurden-Jackson Funeral Home in Okmulgee.
