James Joseph Kubalek

James Joseph Kubalek, Sr. age 46 passed away July 22, 2009 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
James was born November 7, 1962 to Arthur L. Kubalek, Sr. and Georgine M. Horsfall. He attended Mannford High School. James worked as a cook for Search and Rescue Ministries.
James was preceded in death by his father: Arthur L. Kubalek and his step-father: Robert Milota.
He is survived by his son: James J. Kubalek, Jr. of Broken Arrow; his daughters: Andrea York and her husband, Robert of Tacoma, Washington; Melissa Kubalek of Tacoma, Washington; his brothers: Arthur L. Kubalek of Stow, Ohio; Stephen F. Kubalek and his wife, Diane of St. Cloud, Florida; David A. Kubalek and his wife, Belline of Broken Arrow; Jerred T. Kubalek and his wife, Kristi of Broken Arrow; his sister: Sara Smith and her husband, Bill of Broken Arrow; three loving grandchildren along with nieces, nephews and other family members.
Memorial services will be 7:00 p.m. Thursday, August 6, 2009 at Word of Life Church, 1402 81st West Avenue, Sand Springs, Oklahoma. Pastor David Emigh will officiate.
