James Dolph Rowzee

James D. Rowzee, passed away peacefully on July 21, 2022, at the age of 87 years old. He was born in Waterloo, Iowa to Paul E. and Aletta Z. Rowzee on October 31, 1934. He moved at an early age and was raised in Tucson Arizona, where he began his career with the Tucson Fire Department. After retiring from the Fire Department, he and his family moved to Wister, Oklahoma for the remainder of his life.
He was a member of the American Legion and also a member of the Masonic Lodge. Jim also was a faithful member of the Faith Community Church of Wister, Oklahoma.

Jim was preceeded in death by his parents, Paul and Aletta Rowzee. He is survived by his children, daughters Cory Hopcraft and her husband, Calvin (Phil); Paula Sebo and his son James (J.K.) Rowzee and his wife, Margie.

Jim was also known as Poppa to eight grandchildren, Joshua Sebo; Jonathan Sebo and his wife Michael; Sam Sebo and his wife, Kayleigh; Taylor (Hopcraft) Coatsworth and her husband Chris; Erin Hopcraft; Colin Hopcraft, Kyle Hopcraft and Shyla Rowzee.
He was also blessed with eight great-grandchildren.
