James David Dempsey

James David Dempsey, a resident of Tulsa, OK, was born on January 15, 1965 in Tulsa, OK to Gaynel Formby and Garland Dempsey. He passed away on March 20, 2010 in Jenks, OK at the age of 45 years. James was preceded in death by his parents, and by three brothers, William Dempsey, Garland Dempsey, Jr.and Rusty Dempsey. He is survived by sisters Hattie Farris of Tulsa, OK, Dorothy Jean Fuller of Tulsa, OK, and Diana Ritchey of Parkersburg, WV, OK; brothers Otis Dempsey of Grove, OK, Charles Dempsey of Tulsa, OK, and Donald Dempsey of Tulsa, OK; nieces Oteasa, Becky, Charity, Amy, Kimi, and Leslie; nephews James Jr., Eddie, Jimmy, Henry, Wesley, Anthony, John, D.J.and Otis Jr.; as well as a host of other relatives and friends. Visitation for James will be on Tuesday, March 23, 2010 starting at 12:00pm and ending at 8:00pm. Services for James will be held on Wednesday, March 24, 2010 at 2:00pm at the Shurden Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at the Westlawn Cemetery under the direction of the Shurden Funeral Home of Henryetta.
