Jacquetta Jauntice Billingsly

February 13, 1959 — May 29, 2022

Jacquetta Jauntice (Burch) Billingsly passed away suddenly in Kansas City while watching softball with her family by her side on Sunday, May 29, 2022, at the age of 63 years.

Jacquetta was born on February 13, 1959 in Tulsa, OK to her parents, Garland and Eva (Murrell) Burch. She met the love of her life , Johnnie Billingsly in 1976 during their Junior year of high school, while they were both working at TG&Y. They married on August 6, 1977 in Kiefer, OK. Together, they celebrated over 44 years of marriage, raising 3 children, welcoming 3 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.

Jacquetta worked as an Administrative Assistant at Central Technology Center in Sapulpa for 34 years before retiring to spend her days enjoying her beloved family. You could always be sure to find her in the stands of any and every sporting event her kids & grandkids had - She was everyone's biggest fan. She adored family gatherings, dinners and holidays, watching hummingbirds, and relaxing in the pool. The encouragement she shared to all she followed on Facebook was treasured by those who were blessed by it. She was the definition of a people person!

She was quick witted and sharp as a tack in conversation and center of attention with family and friends. She was always helping people to be their best. If you needed anything, Jacquetta was the go to! Any problem that arose would be studied and researched until the best solution was found. Jacquetta enjoyed interior decorating and watching HGTV with her son in the mornings, and the Hallmark Channel to soothe her romantic heart. She cherished the time she spent with her best friends, Terri, Robert, & Soul Sister Carla.

She is preceded in death by her father, Garland Burch, brother, Randy Burch, Father- in-law Johnny Billingsly, Mother-in-law Irene Santa Maria-Billingsly, and brother-in-law, Alan Billingsly.
