Jacob Anakin Bonilla

Jacob Anakin Bonilla, Our beautiful boy, made his debut into this world on a sublime Saturday evening at 6:52pm in Tulsa, Oklahoma on April 24th, 1999. His bright light physically left this world way too soon on the morning of Monday January 2nd, 2023.

Jacob was extremely detailed and animated in his quest to furthering his education. He attended Tulsa Community College where he obtained his associates degree. He was just accepted to Oklahoma State University (OSU) and on the path to his college degree in finance. Finishing his education was of the utmost importance to him. The thing that people said most about this handsome young man was his ability to hold a conversation. He loved to speak even before he could talk. Jacob was energetic, passionate, full of life, loved adventures, and had an immense love for everyone that crossed his path. Long drives, jamming out to music, reading, watching movies, and connecting with friends while playing video games were his forte.

Our beautiful boy's bright light will be carried on eternally by all who loved him and had the honor of knowing him. He is survived by his Mom, Bliss Zwerling, his Dad, Aaron Bonilla, his siblings Mikaela and Myles, his bonus parents Megan Bonilla and Jay Freeman, and the entire Zwerling, Bonilla, Suarez, Moore, Janco, Halpern, and Coley, families. Jacob will also be missed by Jagger, his beautiful kitty and his snake Rosy the boa. From the heartland in Tulsa where it all began, all the way back to our beautiful South Bay bubble in Hermosa Beach, his light will continue to shine bright.

There will be two Celebration of Jacob's life, one in Oklahoma, which will be held on February 5th, 2023 at Cain's Ballroom in Tulsa, OK, and the other in California to be held at a later date.
