Jack Ben Booth passed away peacefully Thursday evening, October 4, 2018. He was 79.
Jack was born on October 31, 1938 in Shawnee, Oklahoma to Mary (Lassiter) Booth and Ben Franklin Booth.
He proudly served our country in the United States Army as a Sergeant from March of 1960 to February of 1963 when he was honorably discharged. Jack also re-enlisted with the Air Force proudly serving our country.
Shortly after serving in the Army and Air Force, Jack married the love of his life, Kathy Mae (Stricker) Booth on November 21, 1964. They spent over 53 wonderful years together.
After serving in the military, Jack served the citizens of Oklahoma City as a police officer, before venturing into the oil business. Jack was employed at Tulco Oils in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He served as the Vice President from 1977 until he retired in 1993.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Mary (Lassiter) Booth and Ben Franklin Booth; sisters, Janie Ringer and Beverly Fountain and brother, Boyd Booth.
Survivors include his wife, Kathy (Stricker) Booth; daughter, Jill Trinka and her husband, Derek; son, Greg Booth and sister, Margaret Hanks.
There will be private family burial.
