Isabel Rosalinda Asencios

A viewing will be held honoring and remembering the life of Isabel Rosalinda Asencios on Tuesday, August 28, 2018 from 12 PM to 8 PM at Schaudt’s Tulsa Funeral Service Chapel. Isabel passed away peacefully Sunday, August 27, 2018 with her family by her side. She was 71.

Isabel was born November 20, 1946 in Paramonga, Lima in Peru. She was the daughter of Gregoria (Torres) Pena and Victor Asencios.

In 2008, Isabel came to the United States with her family from her home country of Peru. She had a creative mind and talented hands when it came to arts and crafts. She enjoyed spending her time knitting, painting and drawing. Her loving and caring personality showed in her big heart and how she was always comforting others. Isabel kept a positive outlook on life and was a free spirit. She lived by her life moto “Let me Fly”. She will be remembered as a loving “Mama Rosa”

She is preceded in death by her parents, Gregoria Torres Pena and Victor Asencios.

Survivors include nine children, Helen, Susan, Marita, Silvia, Milagros, Cynthia, Rosemy, Aimee and Alan; eight grandchildren, Evelyn, Joseph, Sthephanie, Katherine, Fiorella, Alonso, Christopher, Joyce, Isabella, Tatiana, Jordan and Fergie.
