Hulon O. Eddington

Hulon Odell Eddington age 82 passed away Thursday, July 22, 2010 at Saint Francis Hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Hulon was born August 18, 1927 in Cumberland, Oklahoma to James Shelby Eddington and Gladys Only Baines. He attended schools in Cumberland. Hulon married Betty McCormick in Mesa, Arizona May of 1950. He was a self-employed truck driver. Hulon moved to the Sapulpa area from Tulsa in 1984. Hulon was a perfectionist and enjoyed restoring cars and bicycles. He had a passion for dogs, birds and working in his flower garden.
Hulon was preceded in death by his parents: Gladys and Shelby Eddington; his wife: Betty Christine Eddington who passed away May 17, 1989; his son: Dennis Odell Eddington, his son: Gary Don Eddington; his brothers: AB Eddington, Garland Eddington, Ronald Gene Eddington and his sister: Deron Maynard
He is survived by his daughters: Vikki Morgan of Glenpool; Connie Williams and her husband, Richard of Tulsa; grandchildren: Christina, Carrie, Chalotta, Alice, Sean, Marilyn, April, Michael, Shelby, Eric, Stacy and Dennis; eleven great grandchildren; his special niece: Crystal McCormick; special friend: Kathy Phillips; his two brothers: J.W. Eddington and Jerry Eddington along with other family members, friends and acquaintances.
Visitation will be held Saturday, July 24, 2010 from 2:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Schaudt's Glenpool Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be Sunday, July 25th at 3:00 p.m. at Schaudt's Funeral Home Chapel. Pastor Gary Krlin will officiate.
Graveside services will be 1:00 p.m. Monday, July 26th at Cumberland Cemetery, Cumberland, Oklahoma. Arrangements were entrusted to Daniel C.
