Herman Claude James passed away January 10, 2015 in Mannford, Oklahoma. He was born June 30, 1932 in Garza County, Texas to J.M. and Willie Ola (Bland) James. Herman grew up and attended high school in Post, Texas. He then moved to Tulsa where he worked in the oilfield and pipeline industries. Herman later moved to California where he founded his own corporation, Aero Form Tech. His company made parts for airplanes, shuttles, and various segments of the aerospace industry. Herman loved fishing and he was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan. He loved his family dearly.
Herman is survived by his wife: Shirley A. James; his daughters: Shirley Darleen Goldberg & husband Donald Goldberg, Janis Lynn Argo & husband Thomas Argo, Debbi Quezada & husband Paul Quezada; his Stepson: Eric A Freimanis; his grandchildren: Donny Goldberg & wife Lynette Goldberg, Danny Goldberg, Dana Kraus & husband Jeff Kraus, Steven Argo & wife Jennifer Argo, Brian Argo, Randy Argo, Bodie Quezada, Andrew Quezada & wife Destiny Quezada, Ashley Mc Caffery & husband Brian Mc Caffery, Brittney Quezada; his great-grandchildren: Landon Goldberg, Lyric Goldberg, London Kraus, Brooklyn Kraus, Jude Argo, Steven Argo, Gracie Argo, Adam Argo, Owen Argo, Amelia Argo, Ben Argo, Thomas Argo, Danielle Goldberg,
Alyssa Goldberg, Logan Paul Quezada, and Holly Marie McCaffery; his sisters: Linda Adams & husband Don Adams, and Gerene Murders & husband Albert Murders; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A memorial service celebrating Herman's life is planned for 1:00 PM Saturday, January 24 at the Lake Area Freewill Baptist Church in Cleveland.
