Helen Marie Smit, a resident of Okmulgee, passed away Thursday, May 8, 2014 at the age of 73. She was born April 25, 1941 to Homer Seth Salmon and Virginia Lee (Corn) in Morris, Oklahoma. Memorial Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 27, 2014 at the Calvary Baptist Church in Okmulgee with Reverend Bill Fuller officiating.
