Helen Marie Brunner

Helen Marie Brunner, age 88, passed away at Wildwood Care Nursing Home in Tulsa, Oklahoma on July 7, 2018. Helen was born in Fort Madison, Iowa on January 10, 1930 to Archie and Carrie Hutchison (Cooney). Her growing up years were spent in Iowa until moving to Oklahoma in the 1950's where she has since resided. She spent her working years doing what she loved which was taking care of the home and her family.

Helen enjoyed spending her free time embroidering and painting. She could do just about all of it just by looking at a picture. She was a wonderful cook and most people knew who by her famously delicious homemade chicken and noodles. She will always be remembered as a loving, caring and the best MeMaw, grandma and Gigi to her sweet grandchildren and great grandchildren whom she adored more than anything in the world.

Helen is preceded in death by her parents, Archie and Carrie Hutchison; sisters, Eda Belle Perrault and Josephine Coen; brothers, Marion, Jerry and Jack Hutchison; grandson, Austin Brunner.

Those she leaves behind to cherish her memories are her sons, Eric Brunner and wife Kellie, Kurt Brunner and wife April; daughter, Carrie Brunner and husband Paul; grandchildren, Nick Brunner and wife Kyndell, Matthew Brunner, Erika Brunner, Ashley Brunner; great grandchildren, Jaxon and Jace Brunner; brother, Bobby Hutchison and a host of family and friends who will deeply miss her.
