Helen Louise (Linden) Mesnard age 75 passed away Saturday, April 10, 2010 at Glennwood Healthcare Center in Glenpool, Oklahoma.
Helen was born in Courtland, Kansas on October 26, 1934 to Gideon Linden and Edith (Kearns) Linden. She was a homemaker and married to the love of her life, Dwight W. Mesnard, who preceded her in death after fifty-eight years of marriage. Helen enjoyed reading, crocheting, attending her grandchildren's sporting events and spending time with her family. She was active in Shrine events as a Lady of Directive Staff's wife. Helen and her late husband enjoyed going to the Shrine Campground in Mannford with their friends.
Helen was preceded in death by her parents: Gideon and Edith Linden (Dick); her sister: Edra Norton; her brother: Eddie Linden; her son: Steven Mesnard and her husband: Dwight W. Mesnard (September 24, 2008).
She is survived by her children: Kenneth Mesnard and his wife, Frances of Jenks; Michael Mesnard of Jenks; Kathy Kelly of Tulsa; Linda Coats and her husband, Riley of Glenpool; her precious six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren along with nieces, nephews, friends and acquaintances.
Funeral services are 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 14, 2010 at Schaudt's Glenpool Funeral Service Chapel, Glenpool, Oklahoma. Reverend Dean McDaniel will officiate. Interment will be at City of Bixby Cemetery, Bixby, Oklahoma.
