Harold D. Greene

Harold DeWayne Greene, 90, of Tulsa, OK, passed away Monday, July 31, 2017 in Tulsa.

Harold was born in Okmulgee, OK on January 30, 1927, a son of the late Inez and Harold Greene. He was a 1944 graduate of Okmulgee High School. He fulfilled his patriotic duty by serving in the United States Navy. Harold graduated from Tulsa University with a Bachelor Degree in Mathematics.

Harold was employed with Warren Petroleum and Tulsa Pro-Quip where he worked as a Petroleum Engineer and Licensed Surveyor. He loved to travel the National Parks and visited Europe twice. His hobby of photography afforded him the opportunity to relive his travel experiences.

Harold is survived by his wife, Dora Evelyn (Kirkpatrick) Greene of Tulsa; daughter, Patricia Beech, of South Bend, IN; son Gary Greene, of Tulsa and three grandchildren. He was preceded by his parents, brothers and sisters.

Service will be held 2:00 PM on Friday, August 4, 2017 at Schaudt's Okmulgee Funeral Service Chapel, 220 S. Alabama in Okmulgee, OK. Interment will be in the Okmulgee Cemetery.
