Hallie Howeth

February 24, 2025 — April 1, 2025

Hallie Renée Howeth made her emergency entrance to our world following a pregnancy complication on February 24th 2025 at 1:51pm. She weighed 1 pound 13 ounces and measured 13.75 inches long. This began our micro-preemie NICU journey at The Children's Hospital at St. Francis Tulsa, OK.

She made great strides in the first week of life and was taken off the intubated breathing tube on March 3rd and was moved to a CPAP machine. She tolerated breast milk feeds immediately and her intake was upped daily as tolerated. She overcame every obstacle in her way day after day, week after week. By a month into this journey she was 2 pounds 6 ounces,14.5 inches long and doing great. She was cared for by the best Doctors and Nursing staff anyone could have prayed for. Unfortunately, our luck ran out on March 31st it was discovered that our sweet Hallie had developed an aggressive case of NEC (necrotizing enterocolitis) that inevitably claimed our NICU warrior princess on 6:14am, April 1st and she gained her angel wings to be with loved ones up above.

Hallie is survived by Mom & Dad, Ashley & Dalton Howeth; Brothers, Cain & Grady Howeth; Grandparents, Deena & Greg Howeth, Su An & Greg Storrs; Aunts, Uncles & Cousins, Matt, Danika, Cooper & Scott Howeth; Clint, Allison, Easton & Wyatt Barnes; Great Aunts, Judy Rigdon & Carla Howeth, Great Grandma Georgia Howeth; Great Grandpa Bob (Nancy) Wainwright.
