Gladys E. Schatt

Gladys E. Schatt, a resident of Henryetta, was born May 31, 1916 in Chadwick, Missouri to Minnie Walker and John Shipman. She passed away December 8, 2009 at Henryetta, Oklahoma at the age of 93 years 6 months and 7 days. She was married to Dale Schatt at Henryetta, OK in October of 1941. She was a Homemaker. She was a member of First Baptist Church. Gladys was preceded in death by Parents, Brother Carl Shipman, Sister Ruby Toles, Son Roger Schatt, Frist Husband Robert McNeill, and Second Husband Dale Schatt. She is survived by her Daughter, Norma Gahm of Henryetta; Grandson, Jeff Stephens of Stillwater, OK; Grandson, Aaron Stephens of Dallas, TX; Granddaughter, Janette Jafari of Henryetta; granddaughter, Loretta Demmitt of Okemah, OK; 6 Great Grandkids, Justin Gahm, Anthony Jafari, Jennifer Jafari, J.D. Demmitt, Kendle Hulse, and Samantha Stephens; Special Niece, Robbie Berry of Henryetta; Brother, Lee McNeille and wife Dorothy of Wetumka, OK; Sister, Robbie Dean Herimen of Wilson, OK; Viewing will be held on Sunday from 12:00pm until 8:00pm and on Monday from 8:00am until 12:00pm. Services will be held December 14, 2009 at 2:00 pm at Shurden Chapel officiated by Reverend Jim Paslay. Burial will follow at Westlawn Cemetery under the direction of Shurden Funeral Home
