George Alvin Ross

George Alvin Ross age 87 passed away at the Veteran’s Center in Claremore, Oklahoma on Sunday January 1, 2017.

George was born in Los Angeles, California on October 30, 1929 to Lester R. and Elsie Mae (Batorff) Ross. He served in the United States Air Force as a Sergeant duringWWII. He was stationed in Germany and England. After the war George worked 27 years as a Supervisor for Boeing in their electronics division. He completed his employment career traveling the world with NCR as their go to guy for solving computer glitches.

He was preceded in death by his parents, first wife Oda Veralee Ross and a granddaughter Stacia.

He is survived by children Georgina Endres of Okmulgee and Ronald Franklin Ross of Wichita, Kansas. Grandchildren Alana, Beverly, Ross, Aaron, and Lisa will hold memories of him.
