March 7, 1963 - January 14, 2025
Gary Alan Stubblefield, 61, of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, passed peacefully from this life on Tuesday, January 14, 2025, surrounded by the love and comfort of his family.
Born on March 7, 1963, in Ardmore, Oklahoma, to Alice Ann Hall (Watkins), Gary was a man of many talents, endless generosity, and an unwavering love for family and friends. He dedicated 42 years of his life as a skilled motorcycle mechanic, sharing his passion for engines and the open road with those around him. For a decade, he also worked as a life insurance agent with Primerica, helping others secure brighter futures. In 2017, Gary achieved a dream by opening his own business, Epic Powersport, where he brought his expertise and love for powersports to the community.
Gary was happiest when riding, whether on two wheels or four. A true tinkerer at heart, he loved repairing small engines, often lending his skills to help anyone in need. But beyond his talents, Gary's greatest joy came from being with his family. He was a devoted husband, a proud father, and a loving grandfather, whose warmth and humor brightened every gathering. He will be remembered as a loyal friend and an incredible man who touched the lives of many.
Gary's memory will forever be cherished by his loving wife, Holly Stubblefield, of the home; his children, Branden Wyke of Bixby, Nick Wyke of Broken Arrow, Misty Chapa and husband Joe of Kellyville, and Josiah Stubblefield and wife Rebecca of Bixby; and his beloved grandchildren: Derrick Chapa, Micah Chapa, Dalton Chapa, Nevaeh Graves, Nevaeh Chapa, Lilly Chapa, Kain Graves, Matthew Graves, Cy Wyke, and Khalon Wyke.
He is also survived by a host of extended family members, including many aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends who will miss him dearly.
Gary is welcomed into eternal rest by his beloved mother, Alice Ann Hall, and his stepfather, Harold Hall, who played an important role in his life. He is also reunited with his cherished grandparents, Tom and Minnie Watkins, and his brother, Tom Stubblefield, whose bond he held close to his heart.
