Gary Martin Pederson

Gary Martin Pederson, age 79, passed away on May 12, 2018 at the Clarehouse in Tulsa, Oklahoma with his loving family by his side. Gary was born in Tulsa, OK on September 6, 1938 to Oscar and Mildred Pederson. He was a graduate of the class of 1955 from Central High School and went on to attend Oklahoma State University where he obtained a bachelors degree in 1959. Four years later, on September 6, 1963 Gary married the love of his life, Marleen Pederson in Canoga Park, California.

He had a heart for Bluegrass music and enjoyed playing it himself on his Dobro. An avid outdoors man that enjoyed fishing and hunting and whenever he saw a gun at a pawn shop or out in a store he would buy it and add it to his collection. Family was utmost important to him; he was a loving father, husband, son and grandpa to his family and he will be deeply missed.

Gary is preceded in death by his parents, Oscar and Mildred Pederson; wife, Marleen Pederson.

He is survived by his daughters, Debbie Patton and Linda Rodriguez; brother, David Pederson; three loving grandchildren, Chelsea, Chance, Alyssa; along with many other family members and friends.
