Francis Margaret Whisman

Francis Margaret Whisman, a resident of Sand Springs, passed away Thursday, August 7, 2014 at the age of 70. She was born August 21, 1943 to Fred William Daniels and Alice Mae (Behrens) Daniels in Okmulgee, Oklahoma. On January 13, 1969, she married Jessie James Whisman in Morris, Oklahoma. She was preceded in death by her father, Fred William Daniels; mother, Alice Mae Daniels; and brothers, Fred Daniels Jr. and David Daniels. Survivors include her husband, Jessie Whisman; daughter, Ida Zaletel and husband Keith Zaletel; granddaughter, Marsha Zaletel; grandson, Ryan Zaletel and great grandchildren Raylen Green and Kyndall Belk; three brothers, Art Daniels, Martin Daniels, and Raymond Daniels; three sisters, Rosemary Reed, Ellen Sisney, and Freda Hobbs; numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and other relatives. Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, August 11, 2014 at the Jackson Funeral Home Chapel in Okmulgee with Pastor Greg Hurst officiating. Burial will follow the service at the Okmulgee Cemetery under the direction of the Jackson Funeral Home and Crematory in Okmulgee. Pallbearers will be Jim Reed Jr., Joshua Reed, Kevin White, Mark Daniels, Randall Daniels, and Eli Daniels. Honorary Pallbearer will be John Daniels. Visitation will be held on Sunday from 2:00pm to 6:00pm and Monday from 9:00am to 1:00pm. at the Jackson Funeral Home Chapel in Okmulgee.
