Frances Jean Christenberry, a resident of Tiger Mountain, passed away Sunday, December 7, 2014 at the age of 69. She was born October 25, 1945 to Edward Percilus and Ida (Tiedma) Sanford in Chicago, Illinois. On April 22, 1983, she married Arlis Dale Christenberry in Ft. Smith, Arkansas. She was a member of the Gospel Tabernacle in Henryetta for 19 years. She enjoyed doing cross-word puzzles, listening to music, spending time outdoors, loved her families dogs and she was always worried about others, but most of all she loved spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward Percilus and Ida Sanford; first husband, Michael John Masny and son, Michael John Masny. Survivors include her husband, Arlis Christenberry; four children, James Masny of Tiger Mt., Joseph Masny and Beatta Tate of Tiger Mt., Christine Delgado and husband, David of Tiger Mt. and Deborah Witt of OKC; two brothers, Michael Klein of Washington and Kenneth Klein of Chicago; four grandchildren, Edward and Christina Swift and Stephen and Michael Witt and numerous other relatives and friends. Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, December 12, 2014 at the Gospel Tabernacle in Henryetta with Reverend Larry Grissom and Reverend Josh Bauer officiating. Burial will follow the service at the Christenberry Family Cemetery in Tiger Mountain under the direction of the Jackson Funeral Home and Crematory in Okmulgee. Visitation will be held Wednesday from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Jackson Funeral Home Chapel in Okmulgee. Pallbearers will be James Masny, Joseph Masny, Dave Delgado, David Delgado, George Arnold and Edward Swift. Honorary Pallbearer will be Arlis Christenberry.
