Fay Ann Giddens

Fay Ann Giddens age 61 passed away Thursday, June 7, 2012 at Saint Francis Hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Fay was born in Tulsa on July 30, 1950 to Charles Woodard and Elizabeth Ficklin. She graduated from McClain High School. Fay married Kenneth Eugene Giddens on June 10, 1972. She worked as a Physical Therapist. Fay was preceded in death by her parents: Charles and Elizabeth Woodard and her son, Kenny John Giddens. She is survived by her husband, Kenneth Giddens, her children, Richard Sapcut, George Ann Sapcut, Joe Giddens, Lisa Zier, her eight grandchildren, her siblings, Billy Woodard, Betty Jo Bridges, Pat Browning and Kathy Woodard along with other family members and friends.
