Emma Melinda Patterson

Emma €œMelinda€ Patterson age 61 passed from this life on March 22, 2006 at Sherwood Manor Nursing facility after a short illness.
Melinda was born on November 21, 1941 in Russellville, Arkansas to Louis Richard Beaumont and Cora Juanita (Bookout ) Beaumont.
Melinda loved to sew €“ especially quilts, enjoyed bowling, painting ceramics and spending time with her grandchildren.
Melinda was preceded in death by both parents; one brother; one sister and her daughter: Sandra Kay Patterson.
She is survived by four brothers: Daniel Beaumont of De Quincy, Louisiana; Jimmie Beaumont, Bridge City, Texas; Sam Beaumont, Cromwell, Texas; Louis and his wife, Barbara Beaumont, Tulsa, Oklahoma; one sister: Mable Frazier, Port Arthur, Texas; one son: Sonny and his wife, Cindy Patterson of Tulsa, Oklahoma; 3 daughters: Gwen McClellan, Tulsa, Oklahoma; Jeanie and her husband, Nathaniel McClary, Mannford, Oklahoma; Bobbie and her husband, David Baldwin of Checotah, Oklahoma; six grandchildren, five great-grandchildren along with numerous nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be: Robert McClary, Gary Beaumont, Michael Palmer, Josh Gray, Gary Beaumont, David Baldwin, Jr., Sonny Patterson; honorary pallbearer: JJ Gray.
Graveside services will take place Friday at 2:00 p.m. at Oakland Cemetery, Poteau, Oklahoma. Arrangements were entrusted to Daniel C. Schaudt of Schaudt's Glenpool Funeral Service & Cremation Care.
