Elvin Walker

Elvin Walker, 90, beloved Father and Grandfather, was called to his eternal resting place on January 19, 2018. He entered this world on September 1, 1927 in Praire, AR, born to Ruben and Kizzie Walker. Elvin served honorably in the Navy from 1945 - 1948. Elvin had a love of reading, gardening, solving math problems (he said it kept his mind sharp) and in his younger years working on cars.

Elvin was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Helen Walker, his son, Alan (Bud) Walker, his siblings, Marie Mays, Fred Walker, Earl Walker and Junior Walker, his great grandson, Evan Bradley, his nephew, Larry Walker and his niece, Janet Hyatt.

He is survived by his daughters: Donna Bradley and husband, Terry Bradley of Jenks, Lori Spreng and husband, Ralf Spreng of Tulsa; his grandchildren: Travis Bradley and wife, Alissa Bradley of Bixby, Amanda Bunch and husband, Jonathan Bunch of Vienna, Virginia, Josh Barber of Tulsa, Dakota Spreng of Tulsa, Nathan Spreng of Tulsa, his great grandchildren: Eli, Tate, and Miles Bradley of Bixby, Audrey, Jack, Bobby, and William Bunch of Vienna, Virginia, her precious nephews and niece: Mark, Phillip and Doug Walker and Debbie Rush, her great niece, Melissa Branchcomb along with numerous family members and friends.

Visitation will be 5:00-8:00pm Thursday January 25th, 2018 at Schaudt's Glenpool Funeral Service.

Graveside service will be 1:00pm Friday, January 26th, 2018 at the Oakland Cemetery in Clarksville, AR with Michael Buckner officiating.
