Elsie Willine Wooters

Elsie Willine (Brannum) Wooters was born on March 23, 1937 in Centralia, Illinois. She was the daughter of the late Lilly Mae (Watson) Brannum and Charles Brannum. Willine passed from this life on Sunday, May 14, 2017 at St. Vincent's Medical Center in Jacksonville, Florida, at the age of 80.

Willine married Jackie Vern Wooters in Mt. Vernon, Illinois on October 24, 1957. She was a very devoted Christian who showed Christ's love to everyone around her. Willine was a homemaker. She loved spending her time with her precious grandbabies, traveling, and quilting. Willine was a regular at the Thursday prayer meetings with her friends from church. Her family will miss the loving mother, wife, grandmother, and GiGi, but are at peace, knowing they will see her again in Heaven.

Willine is preceded in death by her parents; Lilly and Charles Brannum.

She is survived by her loving husband Jackie Vern Wooters, children; Kim Hitchew and her husband Larry, Kevin Wooters and his wife Lisa, grandchildren; Amanda Howard, Nick Wooters, Christina Harper, Brandi Hitchew, Ryan Hitchew, great-grandchildren; Emma Howard, Evan Howard, and other loving family and friends.

Funeral Services will be held Friday, May 19, 2017, at Solace Church, 7214 W. 41st Street, Tulsa, OK 74107. Pastor Jamie Wyatt will officiate.

Burial will follow at Ft. Gibson National Cemetery, 1423 Cemetery Road, Ft. Gibson, OK 74434.

Funeral arrangements entrusted to Schaudt's Funeral Service and Cremation Care Centers, 719 E. 141st Street, Glenpool, OK 74033.
