Elizabeth Ann Turner

June 19, 1941 — May 2, 2016

Elizabeth “Liz” Ann Turner, passed from this life peacefully, surrounded by family on Monday, May 2, 2016. Liz was born on June 19, 1941 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Gerald St. Clair and Leona Elizabeth Melson. Gerald was a Tulsa Police Officer, killed in the line of duty when Liz was 5 years old. Liz was preceded in death by her parents, Gerald and Leona St. Clair, her step-dad James Gay Livesay, her sister, Dian Fazendine, her brother, Charles Avery St. Clair, and her grandson, Justin Noyes, who was killed while serving his country in Iraq.
