Edna Paulette Ross

Edna Paulette Kelley Ross, 52, of Okmulgee passed away Thursday, March 23rd, at St John Medical Center, Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Edna was born in Tahlequah, OK on January 15, 1965, a daughter of the late Sally A. (Starr) Jackson and Sam J. Kelley.

Edna graduated from Okmulgee High School and then received an Associates Degree from Ardmore Vo-Tech in the field of Medical Science. Edna used that education working as an LPN for ReBold Manor and Highland Park.

She married Tim Ross in Tulsa, Oklahoma and December 1, 1990 and last year celebrated 27 years of marriage. Edna spent her leisure time sewing, quilting, fishing, shopping, gardening, and going to the gun range. Her most beloved activity was spending time with her husband, kids, and extended family.

Edna is survived by her husband Timothy Ross, daughter Victoria Ross(significant other Johnothan), son Jeffery Kelley, Sister Rita Kelley Nieto (husband Oscar); Mother-in-law Ella Ross; Brothers-in-law Loyd Ross Jr. and Rodney Ross Sr (wife Beth); Sister-in-law Gidgett Cheairs (husband James); Aunts Allene Starr, Emma Factor, Amy Reagan; Uncle James Starr; Great Aunts Addie Lewis, Mary Kelley, Anna Faye Kelley; Great Uncle Mitchell Taylor and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Wake Service will be 6pm-8pm Monday evening March 27, 2017 at Schaudt's Funeral Service and Cremation Care, 220 S. Alabama, Okmulgee,. The Funeral Service is 1:00 PM Tuesday, March 28, 2017 at Belvin Baptist Church, 320 North Mission Street, Okmulgee, OK. Interment will follow in the Okmulgee Cemetery.
