Echo Rochelle Kopp

February 3, 1965 — July 9, 2021

After a lifetime of service to Jesus and others, Echo Rochelle Kopp went home to be with her Savior on July 9, 2021. Echo was born on February 3, 1965 to Connie Jo Espolt and Bobby Royce Sons. Echo graduated from Nathan Hale High School in 1983. Echo married William Judd ("Willi") Kopp in Kingfisher, OK on August 3, 1985. Together they had four children, Kelly Kopp of Kingfisher, OK, Rachael Kopp of Tulsa, OK, Israel Kopp of Oklahoma City, OK and Bethany Kopp-Hicks of Tomball, TX. Echo was a full time stay at home mother and teacher while her children were growing up. After her children were grown, she went back to school and obtained her Associate's Degree to be a Veterinary Technician and her Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Conservation from the University of Oklahoma in 2016.

Echo had a deep love for all animals, especially horses. She was always rescuing and nurturing critters and people. She loved supporting the Oklahoma Sooners with her husband Willi, who is a die-hard Sooner fan. Echo was known for her selflessness, extreme generosity and resourcefulness in every aspect of her life. She volunteered her time and resources to many organizations, including LifeChurch, Reading Partners, Potter's Clay Mission and Sutton Avian Research Center. She also volunteered her time to friends, family and random strangers whenever the opportunity presented itself .

Echo was diagnosed with Cardiac Amyloidosis after a two-year long health battle. Amyloidosis is a very rare disease that creates build-up of amyloid protein in tissues and organs, which causes them to break down and malfunction. Echo was preceded in death by her grandparents Annie Juanita Sons and George Leslie Sons and Archie Anderson Espolt and Josephine Ruth Espolt. She is survived by her husband of 36 years with life-long love William Judd Kopp, her four children and grandchildren.
