Earlene Gann Bice age 70 passed away Friday, August 18 2006 at St. John Medical Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Ms. Bice was born December 7, 1935 in Canadian, Oklahoma to Lester Gann and Lola Barlow Gann. She graduated from Indianola High School in 1953 where she was once the Yearbook Queen and played basketball.
Before retiring she worked for Rockwell International on the production line. Most recently she was a housekeeper and enjoyed shopping, working in her garden and doing seamstress work. Ms. Bice truly enjoyed staying busy with her grandchildren's activities.
Ms. Earlene Bice moved to Glenpool in 1991 coming from Jenks, Oklahoma. She attended Faith Church Free Will Baptist, Glenpool, Oklahoma.
Ms. Bice was preceded in death by her parents: Lester and Lola Gann.
She is survived by two daughters: Charla Kennedy and her husband, Tony of Glenpool; Angie Overman and her husband, William of Glenpool; four brothers: Gary Gann of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Jack Gann and his wife, Sheila of Lawrence, Kansas, Larry Gann of Tahlequah, Oklahoma, Wayne Gann and his wife, Marilyn of Krebbs, Oklahoma; four sisters: Joy Woody of McAlester, Oklahoma, Mary Banks of McAlester, Carol Shackelford and her husband, Johnny of McAlester, Oklahoma, Pam Tubb and her husband, Norman of Lowell, Arkansas; cousins: Jeannine McGregor and Leo Doyle of McAlester, Oklahoma along with her loving grandchildren: Blake Kennedy, Jordan Kennedy, Beau Overman, Drew Molencupp and Derick Molencupp. Earlene Bice is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will take place Monday, August 21, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. at Oak Hill Cemetery in McAlester, Oklahoma. Reverend Toby Youngblood will officiate.
