Dr Tony Blanchard

Werlein Anthony €œTony€ Blanchard age 56 passed away at his residence in Tulsa, Oklahoma on Sunday, April 20, 2008.
Tony Blanchard was born September 25, 1951 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana to Werlein Anthony Blanchard, Sr. and Ethel (Praunt) Blanchard. He graduated from Louisiana State University with a MS degree in Environmental Science and continued on with his education and received his doctorate in Medicine from OU and specialized in Internal Medicine until his retirement in 2000. He moved to the Tulsa area coming from Oklahoma City. Tony was a member of the Rotary Club. On December 28, 2008 he married Patricia Saunders.
Tony Blanchard was preceded in death from his parents Anthony and Ethel Blanchard. He is survived by his wife, Patricia of Tulsa; his son: David J. Blanchard of Oklahoma City; and his three sisters: Babette Blanchard of Norman, Bonnie Blanchard and Barbara Blanchard of Duncan, Oklahoma.
