Dr Michael O. Ingram

Dr. Michael O. Ingram age 55 passed away Monday, September 15, 2008 at St. John Medical Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Mike was born on April 28, 1953 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Dr. Robert Paul Ingram and Lucie (Couret) Ingram. He graduated from Cascia Hall High School in 1971 and continued his education at Cleveland Chiropractic College in Kansas City. For twenty-five years he worked as a chiropractor in Glenpool, Oklahoma. On December 31, 1989 he married Leigh Winslow in Eureka Springs, Arkansas. Mike enjoyed listening to music, going to the lake and taking long drives in the country.
Mike was preceded in death by his parents: Dr. Robert Ingram and Lucie Ingram; his two brothers: Robert Ingram, Jr. and Maurice €œMo€ Ingram along with his sister, Diane.
He is survived by his wife: Leigh Ingram of Bixby; his twin daughters: Cassie and Beth Ingram of Bixby; his brother: David Ingram; his nieces: Jenny Ingram of New York City; Julie Ingram of Santa Fe, New Mexico; Holly Ingram of Ashville, North Carolina; his nephew: Laine Ingram of Ashville, North Carolina along with other family members and friends.
Private Services will be held Friday, September 19, 2008 at Calvary Cemetery Mausoleum Chapel, Tulsa, OK.
