Doyle Puckett

Doyle €œWayne€ Puckett, age 41 passed away Monday, October 2, 2006 at Okmulgee Memorial Hospital in Okmulgee, Oklahoma.
On May 30, 1965 Wayne was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Doyle E. Puckett and Wilma Lorene Simmons. He grew up in the Tulsa area and attended Webster High School. At the time of his death he was a HVAC journeyman.
Wayne Puckett liked to draw; spend time on his computer; he also liked to cook and fish in his spare time.
He was preceded in death by his mother: Wilma Lorene Simmons.
He is survived by his two sons: one daughter and three brothers.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 5, 2006 from 12:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Graveside services will be held Friday, October 6th at 11:00 a.m. at San Bois Cemetery Stigler, Oklahoma.
