Douglas Blair Payne

Douglas Blair Payne passed away with loving family by his side on Tuesday, February 1, 2022, at the age of 54 years. Doug was born on September 15, 1967 in Ashtabula, OH to his parents, Homer and Paulette (Hashman) Payne. Doug had many different jobs over the years, he was a "Jack of All Trades".

He is preceded in death by father, Homer Payne; mother, Paulette Payne.

Doug leaves many loving memories with his family, wife Jennifer Miller; brother Joe Payne and wife Malisa Payne;brother Dale Payne and wife Tammy; daughter Savannah Parks; step-daughter Cigi Miller; step-daughter Judy Miller; step-daughter Audry Miller;step-daughter Hilary Aaron; step-son Zachary Aaron along with many other loving relatives and a host of friends.
