Doris Marie Terrenoire

Doris Marie (Edwards)Terrenoire age 84 passed away Thursday, December 30, 2010 in Jenks, Oklahoma surrounded by her loving family members.
Doris was born October 6, 1926 in New Smyrna Beach, Florida to Grady "Red" Edwards and Pearl (Davis) Edwards. She graduated from Steinmetz High School. She married Adrien Louis Terrenoire in 1944. Doris worked as a dance instruction. She liked to do ceramics, shooting practice, old movies, dancing, playing cards, jig saw puzzles but most of all she enjoyed her dog "Lexi". Doris attended Boston Avenue Methodist Church.
Doris was preceded in death by her parents: Grady and Pearl Edwards; her brother: Grady; her husband: Adrien L. Terrenoire and great grandchild: Claire Sachse.
She is survived by her sons: Adrien L. Terrenoire, Jr. and his wife, Ann of Endicott, New York; David L. Terrenoire and his wife, Jennifer of Durham, North Carolina; her daughter: Rebecca Sue Reordan of Jenks, Oklahoma; her sister: Millicent Edwards Wright of Colorado; grandchildren: Adrien L. Terrenoire III and his wife, Kimberly of Greenwich, Connecticut; Edward Terrenoire and his wife, Jennifer of Herndon, Virginia; Kathleen Sasche and her husband, Brett of Fairfax, Virginia; Molly Terrenoire of Durham, North Carolina; great grandchildren: Adrien L. Terrenoire IV, Caroline Terrenoire; Ainsley Grace Sachse along with other family members, friends and acquaintances.
A ballon release will be held 4:00 p.m. Saturday, January 1, 2011 at the Reordan residence in memory of Doris.
