Doris Jene Brison Hardgrave

Doris Hardgrave, a resident of Henryetta, was born in Hanna, OK on December 6, 1928 to Bill Taber and Lizzie Mott. She worked as a hair dresser for over 40 years. She passed away on January 15, 2010 in Henryetta at the age of 81 years. Doris was preceded in death by her parents and grandparents; 2 sisters, Lorene Hunter and Ann Baggs; 1 son, Benny R.T. Brison; and her bird Bingo. She is survived by her son, Bobby Brison of Henryetta; 2 brothers, Dee Taber and wife Judith of Henryetta, and Bill Taber and wife Doris of Henryetta; 1 grandson, Michael Brandon Evans and wife Crystal of Houston, TX; 1 great grandson, Trent Evans of Houston, TX; and a host of other relatives and friends. Services for Doris have been arranged for Monday, January 18, 2010 at 2:00pm at the Immanuel Baptist Church. Officiating will be Reverend Jim Ray. Interment will follow at the New Senora Cemetery under the direction of the Shurden Funeral Home of Henryetta.
