Doc Ellis

Doc Ellis age 65 passed away July 27, 2011 at Saint Francis Hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Doc was born October 5, 1945 in Mineral Wells, Texas to Mel D. Ellis and Carrie Penny. He graduated from Turner High School in Carrolton, Texas and attended East Texas State University. Doc enjoyed riding motorcycles and horses. At the time of his death and for the past five years, he worked as a Security Officer at River Spirit Casino in Tulsa. Doc was preceded in death by his father, Mel D. Ellis. He is survived by his mother, Carrie Ellis of McKinney, Texas, his son, Brandon Ellis and his wife, Michelle of Fairview, New Jersey, his son, Kenneth Ellis of Midland, Texas, his brother, Donald Ellis of Rockwell, Texas, his brother, Brad Ellis and his wife, Linda of Farmers Branch, Texas, his two grandchildren along with other family members and friends.
