Dennis Joseph Lazare

Dennis Joseph Lazare age 71 passed away surrounded by his loving family at his Tulsa residence on Thursday, May 12, 2016.

Dennis was born October 1, 1944 in Chicago Illinois to Dominick and Rose (Heller) Lazare. He graduated from DePaul University High School and attended Syracuse University. He served in the United States Air Force for four years. Dennis married the love of his life, Patricia (Holloway) Lazare on February 14, 1969. He worked as a Systems Analyst for Amoco and retired in 2000. Dennis enjoyed doing yard work, collecting beer cans and he will be remembered for his great love of music.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Dominick and Rose Lazare and his son, Dennis Dominick Lazare.

Dennis is survived by his wife, Patricia of Tulsa, his daughter, Denise Stockton and her husband, Dave of Broken Arrow, his grandchildren, Ryan, Emily and Tyler, his Godchild, Zackary Schmidt, his sister, Shirley Dassinger of Mesa, Arizona, his sister, Norma Schmidt of Chicago, Illinois along with other family members, friends and acquaintances.

Funeral services are 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 17, 2016 at Memorial Park Cemetery Chapel, 5100 S. Memorial Drive, Tulsa, Oklahoma. Pastor Roger Sheppard will officiate. Interment will follow
