Delores Ann Beard, 68, of Broken Arrow, OK, passed away Tuesday evening, September 19, 2017 at her residence with her family by her side.

Deloris was born in Newfoundland, on September 13, 1949, a daughter of the late Mary Ann (Davidson) and Donald Colvin.

She was the wife of Everett Beard, they were married on January 4,1992 in Jenks, Oklahoma. She was a Homemaker. Her hobbies included Painting, quilting, ceramics, a movie buff, loved to read, and loved ALL animals.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Mary Ann (Davidson) Colvin.

She leaves many loving memories with her family, Husband, Everett Beard; Sons, Scott Schow and Mark Schow; Father, Donald Colvin; Sister, Darlene Kruger; Brothers, Don Colvin Jr. and Tom Colvin; Two Daughters in law, Melissa Schow and Katelyn Schow; Grandkids, Madelynn Schow, Jake Schow, Zander Schow, Donovan Schow, Katibree Schow; Pet, Precious the kitty.

Delores Ann Beard was a wife, mother, and grandmother. She loved her boys and doing things with them such as, roller coasters, riding horses, showing horses and dogs, street hockey, camping, hiking, fishing, watching movies, and taking kids on field trips. She loved all things Disney and Gone With the Wind. Throughout her life she always loved to express her creative side. Dee was a talented artist and loved to paint and do many different craft projects including scrap booking, sewing, quilting and embroidery. She was an adrenaline junkie and even jumped out of an airplane. She also loved to travel. Dee was born in Newfoundland, lived on Air Force bases around the world including France and the Philippines. Some of her favorite travels were to Disney, Israel, Bahamas, Hawaii, London, Paris, Egypt and beautiful places all over the United States. She spent most of her teenage years and adult life in Southern California, moving to Oklahoma where she met Everett Beard. They lived in Louisiana for several years, returning to Oklahoma where she lived the remainder of her life surrounded by her family. She will be missed by all who knew her.

Private family services will be held at a later date.
