Debra Vivian Moran

Debra Vivian Moran, a resident of Okmulgee, passed away Monday, October 07, 2013 at the age of 57. She was born November 21, 1955 to Roy and Betty (Bicknell) West in Carmel, California. She was preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Betty West and two sisters, Judy Sloderbeck and Peggy West. Survivors include her four children, Franklin Eugene Wilson, Jeffrey Adam Wilson and wife, Christina, Samantha Christine Wilson and Melissa Kay Wilson, all of Okmulgee; three sisters, Patsy Ann Chavis and husband, Wayne of Shelton, Washington, Becky West of Manteca, California and Pamela DeAndrade and husband, William of Clear Lake, California; one brother, Kevin Bettencourt and wife, Tammy of Okmulgee; six grandchildren and numerous other relatives and friends. Services are pending under the direction of the Jackson Funeral Home and Crematory in Okmulgee.
