David Jordan Jeong Einsig

December 8, 1981 — June 13, 2014

David Jordan Jeong Einsig passed away Friday, June 13, 2014 at his home in Tulsa. He was born December 8, 1981 in Seoul, South Korea. David was raised in Tulsa by his loving parents John and Beverlee. He graduated from Cornerstone Tutorial Center in 2000. For many years he participated in bowling leagues at Sheridan Lanes. David loved to watch professional wrestling (especially Friday Night Smackdown). His favorite television series included Walker Texas Ranger and Seinfield. He watched The Price is Right daily. David had a keen ability to write jokes. He collected model cars and Jackie Chan films. You could often find him playing video games or going to the movies. His favorite foods included Taco Bell and pizza. In fact, he would eat Taco Bell every meal if you let him. David will be missed by many friends and family that loved him.

David is survived by his parents John and Beverlee Einsig of Tulsa; two brothers Keith Einsig of Chevy Chase, MD and Peter Einsig of Tulsa; two sisters Lori Einsig of Petersburg, VA and Anna Einsig of Tulsa; his grandparents Kenneth and Doreen Stafford of Virginia Beach, VA; uncles, Ken Stafford of Muskogee and Mark Stafford of Virginia Beach, VA and his aunt Marilee Stafford of Bethesda, MD.

The family would like to thank Saint Francis Hospice for their extraordinary service and care during this time. Much gratitude to the doctors who cared for David over the years: Dr. J. Robert Gray, MD, Dr. James Coldwell, MD, Dr. Allis Kliewer, MD, Dr. David Harris, MD, Dr. Stephen Fincher, MD, Dr. Randall Webb, MD and Dr. Raja Krishna, MD. A heartfelt thank you to our special angel, Aunt Sharon.

A private committal will take place at Calvary Cemetery in Tulsa. Services are scheduled for 10:00 AM Saturday, June 21, 2014 at the Schaudt-Teel Funeral Service Chapel in Tulsa with a reception following.
