Darla Jean Martin

Darla Jean Martin age 56 went to be with our Lord on Sunday, June 13, 2010.
Darla was born January 16, 1954 to Betty Lou Wilson and Melvin Raye Wright in Sapulpa, Oklahoma. She worked at Bartlett Collins Glass Company in Sapula for many years of her life. She enjoyed fishing, gardening and being with friends and family. Darla was preceded in death by her mother: Betty Lou Mobley; her father: Melvin Raye Wright and her two sisters: Brenda Lou Asbill and Melva Marie Wright.
Darla is survived by her children: James Arthur Young, Bobbi Jo Henry and her husband, Tony Henry and Jerry Lynn Thompson all of Mounds, Oklahoma; her grandchildren: Brianna, J. D., Autumn and Hope Young, Nathan Thompson, Alex Henry, Chance Thompson; one brother: J.W. Mobley also of Mounds, Oklahoma.
A memorial service will be held in honor of Darla 3:00 p.m Friday, June 18, 2010 at Mounds Assembly of God Church, 216 East 8th Street, Mounds, Oklahoma. Pastor Kenneth Creason will officiate.
