Danny Ray Phillips

Services to celebrate and honor the life of Danny Ray Phillips will be on July 9, 2022 starting at 6pm at Lexington Road Church located at 811 Lexington Rd, Sapulpa, OK 74066.

Danny Ray Phillips, born to the late Claude and Dorothy Phillips on August 15, 1959 in Tulsa, OK , passed away on June 30, 2022 at the age of 62.

Danny is preceded in death by his parents, sister Terri Phillips, brother Roger Phillips, daughter in law Anna Phillips and his father in law Ronnie Williams.

Danny is survived by his ex-wife Karrie that he loved till the end, along with their four children, Danny of Tulsa, Dawn and her husband Patrick of Jenks, Brandon and his wife Stevie of Sapulpa, and Danielle and her husband Jake of Bixby, also his baby Cocoa.


He was " Boppy" to his eight grandchildren that he loved dearly, Christopher, Kennedie, Bryce, Dawson, Aidan, Hailey, Isabella and Easton. He is also survived by two brothers Randy & Ricky, sister Donna, his mother in law Carol Williams, and a whole slew of nieces and nephews.

Danny, a Tulsa native, spent most of his life in Oklahoma and worked as a welder. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping, and going to all of his grandkids sporting events. Most of the time you would find him watching from the concession stand, he enjoyed a good ball park frito chili pie or BBQ sandwich and if it was really good, he would offer you a bite. He enjoyed watching tv that included old westerns, NASCAR, listening to country music and going two stepping. He never met a stranger and could tell you all about everyone.
