Danny Lee Pestel

Mr. Danny Lee Pestel, 68, of Tulsa. , passed away Sunday, May 6th, 2007 peacefully at St. Francis Hospital.
Mr. Pestel was born in Tulsa, OK on September 16, 1938, the son of the late Paul E. and Dorris E (McDaniel) Pestel. Danny was a graduate of Webster High School Class of 1957. Danny was married to Mary O'Neal on July 15, 1994 in Tulsa, OK.
He worked as a Mechanic at Darr Equipment and retired after 26 years of service. Danny attended the Garnett Church of Christ.
Danny's hobbies included fishing, hunting, golfing but most of all he enjoyed spending time with family and friends.
Danny is survived by his wife Mary of the home, sons; Mark Pestel and his wife Alberta of Atlanta,GA, Mark Jacobs of Tulsa,OK, Beau O'Neal and his wife Christina of Tulsa,OK; daughters: Teri Redmond of Atlanta,GA, Joni Schnoor and her husband Todd of Tulsa,OK, Tammy Pestel of Tulsa,OK, Kati Moore of Tulsa, OK, Bobbi Sue Reynolds and her husband Shane of Claremore,OK; sister: Paula Osburn of Tulsa and her three children: Linda Johnston and her husband Kevin of Jenks,OK, Don Osburn and his wife Glenda of Sapulpa,OK and Beth Osburn and her companion Dave Rudisaile of Sapulpa,OK , 22 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren, along with several great nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at Carbondale Assembly of God, Tulsa, OK, at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 9th, with Rev. Phil Taylor officiating. Memorial contributions can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105 Arrangements were entrusted to Daniel C.
